1) Q: I can't read Vietnamese text on StLTNTT. What should I do?
A: Most pages on StLTNTT supports Unicode. If you're on Windows (95/98/98SE/ME/NT/XP) with browser (NS/IE) version 3 and up, you should be able to read Vietnamese without any hassle. Some printing problems are noted

2) Q: I can't get in StLTNTT forum/Chat. Help!
A: To participate in the StLTNTT forum, you will need
to register for an ID and password. Use the ID and password to log in.
Click on "New Topic" to post a new topic or "Post Reply"
to reply. Chat is integrated into the Tools sidebar.

3) Q: E-mail services with @stltntt.org extension
are now available.
You can request e-mail redirection or full e-mail services.
E-mail redirection means that e-mails sent to your alias(Thuy@stltntt.org, HT@stltntt.org
,etc) will be redirected to your current e-mail address. You can also request full e-mail services
(with web-interface, POP3, SMTP...)
. To start, e-mail webmasters@stltntt.org with
the following:
1) Your name
2) Nga`nh
3) Requested alias (Thuy@stltntt.org, HT@stltntt.org ,etc) and your current/active e-mail address that you
want your e-mail to be sent/redirected to OR requested login name for full e-mail services

4) Q: I've noticed some display problems. Why is this?
A: StLTNTT is specifically designed for IE runningWindows.
BWS noted some graphic and positioning problems with Netscape(all OSs)
and NT & Mac. While we'll try to improve StLTNTT's compatibility as
time goes on, it's unlikely that all problems will be resolved.

5) Q: Does STLTNTT support dynamic font/Unicode?
A: Dynamic font is no longer supported by StLTNTT. All pages are in Unicode.

6) Q: What's is wrong with most of the pictures? They're fuzzy.
A: Sorry about it! We'll try to capture future pictures
with a digital camcorder. This will significantly improve images' quality.

7) Q: My browser does not support inline frames. What can I do?
A: Your computer must be ancient!!! :) Anyway,
NS 6.0+ and most IE versions should support inline frames. The only possible
suggestion is that you should download a newer version of your browser.

8) Q: How come StLTNTT's pages load so slowly?
A: Oh, stop complaining :). We're doing out best. Dedicated
server costs a lot more than we can afford. www.stltntt.org will
still be our URL even if we decide to move our server.

A: - All Doa`n Sinh can contribute
by participatinh in the forum, sending poems, short stories, Hi`nh A?nh, Ta`i Lie^.u, cake, flowers
:)... to BWS
- BWS is in need of extra help. We needs 1-2 Nghi~a Si~ who are comfortable
with computing and the Net to join BWS. These individuals will help moderate forum and maintain/develop
StLTNTT.org especially the Nghi~a Si~ section.
